No, you don't have to worry about motion sickness. Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems. Because you're physically moving around a large space, your body won't have the same confused reaction to being in a different virtual environment.
An incredibly small percentage of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness in the past.
Headsets and controllers are fully cleaned and sanitized after every session. There is always time allocated between experiences to ensure a thorough cleaning after use.
Our standard rules are below, however, some of our venues have modified their accommodations. Please review their player criteria when booking, or contact the venue to confirm if you're able to play.
We have in-game safety mechanisms that will alert you when you're close to another person or a wall. We also have a Game Master watching at all times, to help prevent this from happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.
Ticket prices vary depending on when you're making your booking, peak and off-peak, or special prices for certain experiences. The price includes the 10-15 minute safety briefing, as well as the experience(s) that you have reserved. Please check the prices when making your booking here.
You have up to two weeks before a booking date to cancel or reschedule your booking. We do not accept last-minute cancellations. To book for a larger group, such as a corporate event, party, or a school/university event, head here to book online, or contact us directly.
If your group would like to pay for tickets separately, this can still be done via the online booking system. For example, you can book your own tickets and others in your group can log on separately and book the same session.
Our games are all playable in English, however some of our venues also offer additional language options. Contact us if you'd like to confirm what is available.
A maximum of 6 players. Our experience does not support any additional players. For larger groups, you will need to book back-to-back sessions or make a group booking.
This is an active experience so please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (i.e. no high heels).
We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience, as our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses. Small framed glasses can be worn with the headsets. Individual sites will however have exemptions. Please contact us for clarification.
Zero Latency experiences are not wheelchair accessible at this time.
Yes! Zero Latency has a dedicated development team at our Head Office in Melbourne, Australia, and we create all of our experiences in-house. In some instances, we partner with other development teams to deliver the best quality experience, e.g. Ubisoft with Far Cry VR: Dive Into Insanity, but even in those instances development primarily takes place at our Head Office.
Zero Latency experiences last between 15-30 minutes, depending on the experience. We also offer bundles where you can play multiple games, and play for 45-60 minutes.
Sessions are booked back-to-back so you must arrive on time. We recommend that you arrive 20 minutes early to check in and commence your experience on time. If members of your booking are late, the following process will apply:
If you arrive late you will not receive a credit or refund.
Yes! If there are reservation slots available, we do accept walk-ins. Please note, that during peak periods it may be difficult to walk in. We recommend booking in advance where possible!
Our different experiences and venues have different restrictions and requirements. Please check the age when making your booking here or on each experience details page. As a general rule, players must be 13 years and over.
Unfortunately not! Our experiences are designed to be played in large spaces, with freedom of movement in mind, and with safety procedures in place to ensure you won't run into other players or walls. Put simply, Zero Latency experiences are too big to be played at home.
